Course Description:
Neuroscience and fitness together? Yes, Super Body Super Brain has been the result of an integrative process. Super Body, Super Brain Advisory board consists of a multidisciplinar team including Neuroscientists, Neurologists, Fitness and Sports Medicine experts contributing with their expertise to the program Super Body Super Brain by Michael González Wallace.
The course aim is to provide an understanding of the neuronal circuits responsible for movement and its connection with weight training.
Instructors will be able to conduct Personal Training Sessions and lead Reduced groups
